Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

• Orders canceled before shipment will receive a refund after deducting non-refundable payment gateway and banking processing fees (typically 10% of order value).

 

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3 to 4 business days.

 

Brand-Initiated Refunds

In the event Rudrani by Manali cannot fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or quality control issues, a 100% full refund with no fee deductions will be issued immediately.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment channel within 7 to 10 working days, depending on issuing bank rules.
