Processing & Dispatch Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

 

• Domestic Orders (India): Typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours.

 

• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Take approximately 10 to 15 business days for dispatch.

 

• International Orders: Dispatched within 7 to 14 working days to allow for thorough pre-shipment quality inspection.

 

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic (India): Delivered within 5 to 10 business days post-dispatch, depending on location and courier partner availability.

 

• International Delivery: Delivered within 7 to 14 business days post-dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

 

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Dispatch: 48 to 72 hours following order confirmation.

 

• Delivery: 5 to 10 working days post-dispatch.

 

• Non-Refundable Policy: If a customer refuses a COD package at the time of delivery, the partial advance payment is strictly non-refundable to cover round-trip shipping expenses.

 

International Shipping & Duties

• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local clearance fees levied by destination country authorities are not included in website shipping fees.

 

• These additional charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Rudrani by Manali is not liable for delivery delays or rejections caused by unpaid customs duties or local regulations.

 

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be influenced by factors beyond operational control, including severe weather, transit disruptions, or customs holds.

Return Policies:-

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim regarding damage, missing items, or wrong products, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the parcel. Claims without an unboxing video showing the shipping label and initial opening cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received

• Notification Window: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and unboxing video proof.

 

• Resolution: Customers receive either a free replacement (subject to stock) or a 100% full refund with zero deductions. Rudrani by Manali will cover all return shipping costs.

 

Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges (No Defect / Change of Mind)

• Window: Eligible for return or exchange request within 2 days of delivery.

 

• Deductions & Fees:

1. A 10% fee (product value) is deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway and platform fees.

 

2. The customer bears both return courier charges and forward courier charges (for exchanges).

 

• Item Condition: Products must be returned unwashed, unworn, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Handloom & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Handcrafted and handwoven sarees feature natural characteristics such as slight thread pullings, minor weaving knots, loom marks, or minor color variation (5–10% due to studio lighting and digital screens). These are authentic markers of traditional craftsmanship and are not classified as defects.
